The Garden Center
Our fascination with growing things has led us into offering select garden plants that provide special characteristics any gardener would crave. We concentrate on hard to find varieties and are constantly looking for the new and unusual. Most of the time, we try them out in our own gardens first, so we know how they really respond in Central Illinois' climate.
We are proud to be the only Peoria location offering the carefully tended plants from Sunnyfield Nursery-the Kewanee, Illinois growers of extraordinary renown.
Perennials: We chose from long living, long blooming flowering hardy plants, grasses and ground covers that are suited to different uses. Ones for hot sun, for shade, for dry or wet areas, etc.
Annuals: These are are well grown, interesting varieties, that will delight and satisfy even experienced gardeners. Our container gardens are the glory of the selection process; we have sifted through all the options and culled only the finest combinations. Tastefully combined, healthy and with proper care instructions that ensure the best possible results.
Our garden center is in full swing from late April through October.
