What do you do after you say "Yes!"? You reserve the church and reception locations, find a photographer and videographer, shop for the dress and then shop for a florist. We are often asked "How much does a wedding cost?" This is a difficult question to answer because every wedding we do has different variables...different number of bridesmaids, different types of flowers, different season, different church and reception locations.
It is impossible to make one size fit all. And we really wouldn't want to make every wedding the same. Our brides are not all the same...we consider each one unique and entitled to her own Special Day.
Therefore, we offer you a Wedding Guide. It has different price points to help you establish a general budget, but we prefer to talk to you in person to see if you are moving in the right direction and are getting your questions answered sufficiently. Usually, shortly after the "Will You Marry Me?" question, most brides make a wedding consultation appointment with one of our designers to do a little budget and style research.
This is a fifteen minute appointment where we talk about general prices, styles of bouquets, flowers for the church and the type of reception you are looking for. This meeting is not about specifics. We want you to know if we can create the wedding of your dreams with the budget of your reality so that you can decide if you want us to put your Big Day on our calendar. We do charge a $30 wedding consultation fee for this appointment.
If you decide to book your wedding with us, we require a $150 deposit to lock in that date. We do take only a limited number of weddings per weekend. Therefore once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. The consultation fee and the deposit are then credited to your wedding account and will be applied to the balance of your wedding flowers.
One or two months before your wedding we ask you to
schedule a wedding appointment to put your wedding order on paper. We ask you to bring anything that you have collected that will help us create your special day. This means photos you've ripped out of magazines, Pinterest photos, fabric swatches and anything else that has inspired you along your journey to the making your day special. This meeting usually takes no more that an hour.
With all of your information in hand, we put on our thinking caps, gather parts and order flowers and wait for your week to arrive so that we can make your dream come true. Payment in full is due 10 days before the wedding, but many of our brides prefer to make payments
along the way. It is our goal to make your day go as smoothly as possible. Flower delivery is usually coordinated with the photographer's schedule and with the reception location staff. This is all set up ahead of time so that you can concentrate on being beautiful and
